The recipient of a Ronald McDonald House Charities New York Tri-State Area grant must use the funds awarded for the specific purpose delineated in the grant letter of agreement. We require detailed accounting of all funds awarded. A Follow-Up Grant Report (available here) must be submitted within one year from receipt of the grant. It is understood that any funds not used within one year of the grant award and in the manner specified in the letter of agreement must be returned to Ronald McDonald House Charities New York Tri-State Area. Any request for a revision on the use of funds apart from that originally agreed to in the letter of agreement must be submitted in writing to Ronald McDonald House Charities New York Tri-State Area, and the requested revision must receive prior written approval from us before the grant funds are used for such revised purpose.
